The Wilmington FSC Learn to Skate Program is offered year round for skaters of all ages and levels. The
program is coached by USFSA professional instructors who are also available for private lessons. Each child
progresses at their own individual ability and pace. Badges and certificates are earned each time a skater
passes a level and our program is designed to encourage self-confidence through the sport of ice skating.
The program starts in Snowplow Sam (age 3-6) and continues with Badge levels 1-8 (age 6+) with a
progression to more advanced levels Freestyle 1-6. Enrollment includes membership to the US Figure Skating
Association and an opportunity to participate in Basic Skills Competitions.
